question:
three people
A B C
decided to buy this present which costs 25 bucks.
they each paid 10 bucks.
then they gave 30 bucks to the cashier
the cashier shld return 5 bucks.
but 5 bucks is not easy to share between 3 people.
so the cashier returned them 3.
so each of them get 1 buck each.
the problem is:
each person spent 9 bucks.
three people spent 27 bucks altogether.
but the cashier only got 2 bucks.
so they shld have spent 28 bucks.
what happened to the one dollar?
pls time yourself.
the faster you do it,
the better
(duh)
answer:
they spent on the present: $25
they got back as change :$3
cashier got : $2
total: $30
that solves it.
but why?
cause i presented the expenditure as
cashier + present.
okay.
this is a retarded question to see if your brain is working.
